We schedule consultations directly so we can make sure the conversation is worth your time before it happens. Rather than an open booking calendar, we prefer to connect first — understand what you're working with, what's not working, and where AI can realistically make a difference for your business.

No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a straightforward conversation between two people figuring out if there's a fit.

What to expect:

When you reach out, give us a brief description of what you're looking to solve or improve. It doesn't need to be technical — plain language works just fine. We'll review it and come back to you within 48 hours to schedule a time that works for both sides.

From there, our initial consultation typically runs 30 to 45 minutes. We'll ask questions about your current operations, talk through what a solution might look like, and give you an honest assessment of whether what you need is something we're the right team to build. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

Who we work best with:

We're a good fit for businesses that have a specific operational problem they're ready to solve — not organizations still in the "just exploring AI" phase. If you have a process that's costing you time or money and you're ready to do something about it, that's the conversation we want to have.
